Shipping/ Store Pickup Policy
Our goal is always to package your order as quickly as possible once it has been placed. Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please review the shipping and pickup options below before completing your purchase.
Store Pickup (Free)
Store pickup is available for customers in the Vermont / Chittenden County area.
Charlotte Case Boutique now has two storefront locations; however, online order pickup is currently only available at our Essex location at this time. With this option, you may pick up your online order in person at:

Store pickup is free and helps you save on shipping costs. Please only select this option if you are able to pick up your order. If an order is placed and not picked up within one week of placement, we will contact you regarding your order before discarding.
We hope to offer pickup at our South Burlington location in the future. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we continue growing!
Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping through UPS or USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days. Free UPS Ground Shipping is available on orders over $75.00. Shipping rates are calculated using real-time carrier estimates from UPS and USPS. Our system automatically selects the most cost-effective option, which is considered standard shipping, and your order will ship via that carrier.
Standard Shipping + Package Protection
We also offer Standard Shipping with Package Protection through UPS or USPS, with the same estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days.
This option includes protection that ensures reimbursement for your purchase amount in the event that your package is lost during transit.
Delivery Responsibility & Lost Packages
While we do our best to package and ship orders promptly, once your order has shipped, the mail carrier is responsible for the delivery timeline. Charlotte Case Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) directly. If you selected Standard Shipping + Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost, please email us at charlottecaseboutique@gmail.com for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please review the information below carefully before making your purchase.
Online Purchases
Online purchases are not eligible for exchange, but may be returned within 15 days of ordering your item. To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be new, unworn, and unlaundered

Be undamaged

Have all original tags attached
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return labels are not provided. Once your return is received by Charlotte Case Boutique, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Charlotte Case Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen return packages. If your return is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier used (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
Storefront Purchases
Returns and exchanges are processed Monday-Fridays
Returns and exchanges are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please note: all in-store returns and exchanges must be completed at the original Charlotte Case Boutique location where the purchase was made and cannot be processed at the other store location.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned or exchanged in store within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
• Items are new, unworn, and unlaundered
• Items are undamaged
• All tags are attached
• Original receipt is present
Without a receipt, we are unable to locate your order and cannot process a return or exchange. There will be no exceptions made for reutrns and exchanges that do not follow the policy.
Holiday Return Policy (11/29/25–12/24/25)
We understand that holiday shopping often involves gift-giving. Any purchases made in store or online between 11/29/25 and 12/24/25 will be eligible for return within 30 days, rather than the standard 15 days. Items marked as final sale, or listed below, are excluded from this extended holiday return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages
Damages are handled on a case-by-case basis by a manager only. Managers are available:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Damages are not handled on Saturdays, or Sundays.

In-store purchases: damages must be reported within 15 days of purchase

Online purchases: damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving your item
