Shipping/ Store Pickup Policy

It is always our goal to package your order as quickly as possible once it has been placed. We strive to package and ship products in 1-3 business days. Below are shipping options explained.

1. Store pickup is available for those who live in the Vermont/ Chittenden County area. With order pick-up you can visit our storefront location 1 Marketplace #21 Essex Junction, VT 05452 to receive your online order in person. This option is free and saves shipping cost but please only choose if you are able to pick up your order. If an order is placed and not picked up within a week of placement, we will contact you regarding your order before discarding.

2. We offer standard shipping through both UPS and USPS which has an estimated delivery time of 5-9 days. Free UPS ground shipping is available for purchases over $75.00. We apologize for the increase in the free shipping threshold. 

3. We also offer standard shipping + package protection through both UPS and USPS which has a delivery time of 5-9 days. The inclusion of package protection in this options ensures reimbursement for your purchase amount in the event of a lost package during transit.

Our shipping costs are based on real time live rate estimate from UPS and USPS. The site will calculate the cheapest shipping option whether that be through UPS and USPS and this is the mode your package will ship through (also known as standard shipping). 

While we strive to ship and package items as quickly as possible, please understand that once we ship the item, the mail carrier is in control of the delivery timeline. Once packages are shipped, the mail carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier of your shipment, whether that be UPS or USPS. If your package is lost, and you chose "standard shipping + protection" at checkout, please email us at**Charlotte Case is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. **

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: Online Purchase

Online purchases are not eligible for exchange, but may be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. Items are only returnable if they are in new condition (not laundered or worn), undamaged and have tags still on. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. Return labels will not be provided. Return refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of CCB receiving your package.


*Charlotte Case is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact the mail carrier that was used for the shipping of your package (USPS, FEDEX or UPS).*

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: Storefront Purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase items may be returned or exchanged in store within 15 days of purchase. Items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are in new condition (not laundered or worn), undamaged and have tags still on. For in store returns and exchanges you must have receipt present and all tags must be on clothing. Without your receipt, we are unable to locate your order to process the return. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: Holiday Season (11/24/23-12/23/23)

We recognize that during the holiday season you may be buying gifts for Christmas and may need an extension on our standard return policy. Any purchases made in-store or online between 11/24/23 and 12/23/23 will be eligible for return within 30-days, rather than the standard 15 days. Items that are listed below as final sale, or any item indicated final sale in our storefront will be exempt from this return policy and will not be able to be returned.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time:

- Kitsch products

- Hair clips

- Scrunchies

- Earrings

- Panties

- Pasties

- Perfume

- Candles

- Cards

- Swim

- Any holiday themed items including graphic apparel and holiday mugs and glass tumblers

- Semi-formal dresses 

- Beauty Products/ Cosmetics


Damages will be handled on a case by case basis by a manager only. Managers are available in store Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-6pm. Damages will not be handled on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays. Damages must be reported within 15 days of purchase. For online orders, damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.
